A supervisor walks the roof with a moisture meter and a hose, checks the parapet joints, drain mouths and penetrations, and photographs what's failing. 45 to 60 minutes.

You get the failure points marked on your own photos and the treatment each one needs. If it only needs two bands of membrane, that's what the report will say.

Itemised quote, per square foot
Material brand, coat count, surface preparation, labour and wastage, each on its own line. Rates stay fixed for 30 days and no line is added later without your written approval.

A named site engineer owns your job. Progress photos reach you daily, materials arrive against the quote, and the roof is hose-tested before the topcoat goes down.

How much does roof waterproofing cost in Rawalpindi and Islamabad?
Most residential roofs land between PKR 120 and PKR 300 per square foot in 2026. A reflective heat-proofing coating sits at the low end, torch-applied bitumen membrane in the middle, and polyurethane with reinforcement at the top.
The variables are roof condition, number of coats, parapet length and access. We quote per square foot after a free moisture inspection, with the material brand and coat count written into the quote. Read the full breakdown in our 2026 cost guide.
How long does a waterproofing treatment actually last here?
A correctly applied torch-on membrane gives 8 to 12 years on a Rawalpindi roof. Polyurethane systems give 5 to 8 years before recoating, reflective heat-proofing coatings 3 to 5 years.
Surface preparation decides most of that. A coating laid over dust, loose screed or ponding water fails within one or two monsoons, whatever the brand on the drum.
Can you fix a leak without breaking the whole roof?
Usually, yes. Most leaks start at parapet joints, drain mouths, pipe penetrations or hairline cracks rather than across the full slab. We trace the water path with a moisture meter and a hose test, repair the actual entry point, then overlay a membrane band.
Full-slab replacement only gets recommended when the screed has hollowed out across large areas — and we show you the photographs that justify it.
Is work possible during the monsoon or in winter?
Torch-applied membrane needs a dry surface, so we schedule it around rain and avoid laying during active showers. Cementitious and crystalline treatments are more forgiving. PU coatings need 24 to 48 hours of curing above roughly 10°C.
Leak repairs can be done in almost any weather — stopping the water first is often the right move in July, with the full overlay completed in September.
Do you give a warranty?
Yes — a written workmanship warranty on membrane and coating systems, separate from the material manufacturer's warranty. The terms depend on the system, so they're stated on the quote before you approve it, not after.
We also call you after the first monsoon to inspect the work. A warranty nobody checks is a piece of paper.
Can I renovate just one room?
Yes. Kitchen-only, bathroom-only and single-room renovation is a large part of what we do. Cabinetry, tiles, sanitary fittings, false ceiling, paint and electrical are handled as one scope, so you deal with one contractor and one schedule.
Waterproofing is always completed before the finishing trades start — that ordering alone prevents most of the peeling paint and damp patches we're called back to fix.
